We threw a very nice impromptu dinner party tonight. I bought two max packs of top sirloin steak from Albertson's, and a nice bottle of Australian wine. The steaks grilled up really well, with a minimum of preparation. I also grilled some ears of fresh sweetcorn. Celeste cooked a vegetable medley and baked sourdough bread. It came together quickly and we successfully fed seven people.
