Garden and Pets
We're in a warm spell, and the tomatoes, peppers and squash are ripening beautifully. I picked almost 5 gallons of tomatoes today. We could have another full month before first freeze. The tabby cat and orange cat hung out with me while I was in the garden.
A coyote lured Halo away, but Halo came back unscathed. The coyote was acting playful, but Halo wanted to chase it away. I'm thinking of going out there alone tomorrow dawn, with my rifle, to try and kill the coyote. I've already taken a practice shot, and the rifle scope is sighted in.
