Mmmmmm.... London Broil

I just broiled one in the oven at 550 degrees, seasoned with only salt, pepper and garlic. I wasn't sure how long to cook it, so when it was rare, I shut off the oven and let it sit in the heat. It came out medium, and nice and tender.
