New Kids On The Block
A herd of goats is wandering loose today, and is very interesting to the dogs. If they come closer to the house, I might let the dogs mingle with them. I'm pretty sure that the dogs wouldn't hurt them, but instead would herd them. I know who owns them, and last time I told them the goats were out, they didn't seem concerned.
I haven't mowed out past the fence in months, but it's so dry that the grass is dormant. All I do is go out and pull up the tall weeds. There is a small section that I irrigate, and the grass there looks pretty good. The winter grass is gone, but the wild bermuda grass has taken over. The wild bunnies like it, I see them feeding there.
