Food Storage Update

I've canned enough squash, and am down to six medium squash left, which I can probably use up before they spoil. I now have 42 quarts canned, and the new canning lids promise an 18 month shelf life.

In other news, I only have three quarts of last year's tomatoes left. I'm going to try for a bigger tomato harvest this year.
