High Bandwidth Usage From Annoying Streaming Video Ads

I've been measuring the bandwidth I use and was surprised at how high it was. I shut off ActiveX filtering and disabled the Shockwave Flash Object. My usage dropped by half, because now those intrusive video ads can't auto-play. The ads used about 150 megs per day, or a combined 5 gigs of bullshit a month.
