The hunting dogs came along with Halo and I, for the entire walk. The three dogs even hunted together, for a bit, after Halo noticed a critter in the empty irrigation canal.
This morning I gave the cats an extra feeding, and Cali was waiting by the house. I petted her, and noticed that she's still very thin. Only the orange cat showed up in the side yard, but ate all the food by himself. He's got some bad scratches on his face. He sat in my lap, and I petted him for a while.
