I'm thinking of buying a 1988 Corvette Convertible. It's not very practical, but it's fun.
My mechanic is evaluating it right now, and I'm buying if from someone I know. It has new paint , a new top, and a very recently rebuilt transmission. I can buy it strictly as a fun car for the weekends, and always sell it for what it will cost me. Should I buy it?

It's a decadent luxury, but it's now mine! It has two black leather seats, four exhaust pipes, a convertible top, no trunk, and 5 times the horsepower of most cars on the road. I'll post a picture of it soon.

I promise not to run over any small children with my car. That's saving them, right?

And no animals either.

You know I will. I'll be a fine young cannibal, searching for your soft and tender spots.

He's probably out in his car, searching for supermodels.
