The Happy Farmer.

I drove out to a small local vinyard yesterday, after work, and picked 150 lbs of merlot grapes. This vinyard is only about one acre, but the vines are well tended, and the grapes were at the pinnacle of sweetness after a series of warm days. When I got home, I had to wash the
grapes outside in the dark. It was exhausting work but they had to be washed and crushed quickly, while the grapes were fresh. I couldn't have done it without a 1993 crusher I was able to borrow.

The hard work is over, and the wine should start fermenting tomorrow.

Ooooh, those are the good kind of grape. YUM!
Where's you get the crusher?

From a neighbor. I wasn't sure anyone would make it to the last link.

Someday we should share a little glass of Chianti.
