I'm killing myself with bad vitamins.

A few years ago, I had a g/f that loaded me up with lots of vitamins. I'm still taking them even though they are now old and expired. They are clear capsules, and I can see black dots (mold?) in some of them, which I throw away. I really need to throw them all away and buy fresh vitamins. They probably are actually harmful to my health to take them.

On a related note, I've been quietly getting into good shape, my BMI is now below 25. In another month, I'll look like a Greek god.
