Onions Abound

I just gave a neighbor a few blocks away a good amount of red and yellow onion seed. He's a Hispanic guy, who speaks about as much English, as I do Spanish. He's no bullshit, though, and had the seed planted a day after he got it.

My onion seed is up, and I want to transplant them as soon as possible, and also plant about 25 garlic cloves.

Technology and Dogs

I set up my new Fire tablet with a Chase bank application that lets me photograph checks and deposit them electronically. It will save me loads of time and trouble.

I took the dogs for a ride to the store, and some sort of amateur car racing was going on nearby. Loud high-revving engines and the tires smoking and squealing really terrified Pogi.

I reassured him and closed his windows and quickly did my business and then told him we were going home. He's been really grateful. now that we're back. Both my dogs are smart, and seem to really appreciate the communication we have. They're so happy to have a person who understands and takes good care of them.
