I happened upon an article that details the long strange saga of billiam. I vaguely remember him having issues with Primo, and then going down to SoCAL , but I never even realized he got murdered on LiveJournal!

Shishie and Fiona knew him, and as I recall, the aNoNyMoUs guy tried unsuccessfully to transgress him. When he disappeared on his Disneyland trip, I never knew to follow the continuing drama in his "girlfriends" journal, so I never realized he'd been murdered.
