40 Lbs Of Angus Beef Steaks

A friend delivered a load of frozen beef steaks, and one box was refused because it was torn. I live nearby, and he had to get rid of it, and thought of me. My freezer is now full of nice steaks.

Now that I've defrosted the first big package, I can see the beef is in chunks, not whole steaks. I'll still try and grill it, but I'll have to skewer it like shish-kabob.

It's too bad you're so far away, because I'm inclined to share. My favorite one neighbor was telling me beef was getting too expensive.
