Final Harvest Of 2018

We're going into an extended cold snap, so I picked the rest of the tomatoes. A whole wheelbarrow full this time!

I plan on ripening them indoors.

Do you can your tomatoes? I did this year for the first time, they are wonderful. I also canned beans and corn don't care for those.

Yes, I grow Roma tomatoes, which are perfect for canning. I also can squash and lemon marmalade.

I have a pressure canner, which is like (and can be used as) a pressure cooker.
