The State Of Me, And A Bonus Mechanical Update.

I have finished a set of courses at the local teachers college, as well as some tests, so I'm eligible to start teaching either single subject science, or what is called "multiple subjects". I've also been working as a substitute teacher, but now I am looking for a full time teaching job. I won't have a "clear" credential until I finish another two-year course, but I will be working as a real teacher.

It's summer break, and I'm enjoying some time off. One thing I just did, was to fix the lawnmower. I hit a big rock, a while back, and bent the crankshaft. That is usually the end for a mower. But I found a non-standard repair video on YouTube, and voila, I straightened the shaft! I had the right tools, such as a big breaker bar, a torque wrench, and an eight pound hammer. It's not perfect, but this afternoon I did mow the lawn.

Congratulations!

What grade level? And do you like teaching?

Thanks. I'm probably best suited to the upper grades, and I do seem to have an aptitude for teaching. I once had an emergency assignment into a kindergarten class, and it went well, but I wouldn't choose to teach younger kids.
