I tried to watch the last episode. The promo promised that it started at 7PM, but they were instead showing these smarmy self-congratulatory interviews with the actors and the two clowns in horn-rim glasses that wrote the show. After a half hour I lost patience and started channel surfing, the episode actually started at 9 PM, and I only saw parts of it. They pissed me off with the hype and the extra two hours of tripe to sell more commercials. Fuck Lost. Elvis used to shoot his TV, and I don't blame him.

i dont remember when exactly but sometime in the 80's i shot my tv point blank with a 357 magnum. it was deeply gratifying.

TV is pretty insidious, especially for young kids that soak up everything it throws at them. I'm getting old and wise enough to see all the subtle lies and psychological manipulation behind much of it.
