I found the arrest warrant and some background information on a 1993 molestation incident that Michael settled out of court. After a multimillion dollar payment, the boy refused to testify, so the criminal charges were dropped. As a result of this very case, California law has changed so that a minor plaintiff now has to testify in court. Michael's in big trouble now, and I doubt he's tough enough to face the music. Speculation is that he'll whack himself, and take the coward's road to oblivion.
