I'm in the middle of making a huge pot of chicken soup. I've stripped the meat from some bbq chicken and am boiling what's left into chicken stock. I boil it long enough to render what meat is left from the bone. I've also opened various homemade wines I put away last year, and they have improved with age. I've just leased 1200 square feet of commercial space in Fremont, and I'm thinking of moving all my wine and beer paraphernalia over there, and going into stepped up production.
