Good things come to those who wait.

I just bottled 5 gallons of merlot that I put away in May of 2003. I really like the flavor, and because it had been racked twice, there is very little sediment. The yield is 24 bottles, and I even poured off the cloudy bit at the bottom, and I'm drinking that now. It's good.
