Health Update
Dec. 11th, 2007 10:14 amAs I drove home late last night,the truck seemed sluggish, the suspension felt odd, and when I heard an odd noise over the sound of the radio, I got a little concerned, until I realized that I was driving into a 50 mph head wind.
Today, it's still windy and cold. I've been trying to ride my bike at lunchtime, but that is not happening today. I'm on another health kick, so I'm eating low carbs, drinking lots of water, and trying to get more exercise.
My goal is to get back down to a BMI of 25, and that's only 10 lbs away. I'm doing it slowly, adding 5 grams more of carbs per day, each week. I'm eating 30 grams of carbs/day this week and next week if I'm still loosing weight I'll bump it up to 35grams/day. The idea is to learn how many grams of carbs you can eat per day and still maintain a healthy weight.
