General Update
Jun. 7th, 2009 12:48 pmI've started the Atkins diet and have been losing a pound a day. The dealio is that you cut out the carbs, and your body shifts into a fat burning metabolism using glycogen for fuel. Today, bacon and eggs for breakfast, a caesar salad for lunch, and I have some chicken vegetable soup and steaks at home for dinner.
This weekend I've been building my motorized bike, and also wrenching on my scooter. Soon I'll post video of them running.
