Two Japanese men were caught trying to smuggle $134 billion in US bonds into Switzerland. This makes them the fourth largest debtor of the United States. Who are these guys and where did this immense sum of money come from?

Update:(curiouser and curiouser)The Japanese men who were never publicly identified have now been released and disappeared. The US Government says the bonds were counterfeit.
