On Pins And Needles Here

I heard Saturday that today I should receive a counter offer on another house that I like. I'm ready to move on this one, and it should inspect well as it's almost new (built in 2005). Patience is a virtue, but I'm not good at waiting.

I just got the word that they've accepted my amended offer, but the formal documentation might not happen until Wednesday, It's a detached 3 bedroom house on a 7500 square foot lot.
