Quick, Call The Waambulance.
Sep. 28th, 2011 02:09 amI'm having trouble with my right knee. It started Sunday, and I aggravated it again today. I'm out of Advil, so I tried Tylenol, which isn't effective. It's two am, and I popped some melatonin to try to get to sleep, and now a Vicodin.
It could be that it just needs time to heal properly. It feels swollen, but doesn't actually look any larger than the other knee. I'm such a big baby. Back to bed.

This morning, I took some Celebrex, which is a sophisticated anti-inflammatory drug, and then put a tight bandage around my knee. I'm 90% better, but I'm still going on light duty for today.
