Problems With The New Dog

I think Pogi can jump the fence. I've never seen him do it, but sometimes he will suddenly and magically appear on the other side of the fence. He's also been digging for gophers and tears up the lawn, but never catches them. He gets to the neat little burrow holes before I can bait them, and then does a major excavation, and in the process, ends up really dirty.
