Lemon Mania

I made another batch of Moroccan lemons. I've been dutifully covering and uncovering the tree during this cold snap. If you can believe the meteorologists, the freeze is over, and my plan, during this interlude, is to harvest and process the riper lemons.

In the next few days, I'll pick a bunch more and make the third batch of marmalade.
