Upgrade To The 20th Century

I just bought a 23 qt pressure canner, which is an upgrade from my 19th century water bath canning technology. I have tomatoes ripening, and the yellow squash plants haven't flowered, but are growing like they're on steroids.

I'll still freeze what will fit in the freezer, but now I can safely can everything, not just tomatoes. I don't know why I want to store so much food, maybe I starved to death in a previous life.
