Google +

I spent a little time looking at Google+, and I don't see communities and people discussing special interests. It looks like a place to "follow" celebrities, which is my idea of Hell.

Gardening Communities

I've been looking at LJ communities and I found a gardening community that I was once in. People seemed to be against using machinery in the garden and were horrified by the thought of using a new technology herbicide like roundup. I just saw a post that was critical of catching rodents with snap-traps, and suggested they didn't work and/or they were inhumane. If I had replied that they do work and I have recently killed at least 3 rats with them, they would hate me.
