October Update
Oct. 3rd, 2012 06:54 amWe've had a record warm September, and yesterday the high reached 101, but now it should cool into the 80's. I'm tending my garden, and picking tomatoes the moment they show color, and bringing them indoors to ripen. I'm also managing to keep the new concrete slab wet, for a slow, careful curing.
Since I built the new computer, I've been getting reacquainted with PC technology. My incremental plan is to increase the computer RAM and then upgrade to the new Windows 8, when it is released later this month, and then download the new media center software. The eventual goal is to have the TV and Internet and outside antenna all connected together. If I buy the right tuner card, I may even receive a slew of additional TV stations, plus internet TV.
