Flu Season

The flu has hit the US hard, and surprisingly, I'm reading reports that the flu immunization is only marginally effective. The best thing is to wash your hands after potential exposure, or use those antiseptic wipes. I just did a huge grocery shopping, using germ protocol, and now I will minimize my public exposure for the next few weeks. I had the flu once, while in my 20's and never want to get that sick again. This is also good practice in the event that some superflu virus ever sweeps across the world.
