Scumbag Central

The house next door has been foreclosed on, and a bunch of sketchy people have been squatting there. These people stole some tools out of my garage and have totally trashed the place next door, breaking windows and stealing the a/c unit. I called the sheriff about my tools and showed him the chaos next door, and now the property company is out cleaning up and securing the house. One of the guys working inside told me there are crack pipes all over and that the house has maybe $50,000 in interior damage, including electrical wiring ripped out of the walls.

A side note: The guy cutting the lawn next door hit a big snake with his weedeater, and threw it on my lawn to let it warm up and recover. It's slowly moving, probably fighting hibernation. I asked him to put it in the wild spot across the street before he goes. It's not poisonous or dangerous, but my dogs could kill it if they find it.
