Last Rain Of The Season.
Jun. 25th, 2013 05:53 pmI did set up the secondary rainwater collector, and it's really efficient. With only 1/20th of an inch of rain, it gathered at least 50 gallons of water. That's another month's worth of water for the avocado tree, and makes it all worthwhile. Tomorrow, I pump it into the primary tank.
It's supposed to really heat up (104F?) this weekend, so I had better find time to mow the lawns tomorrow.
I would also like to complain about the horribly inaccurate weather forecasts, and National Weather Service storm warnings. They consistently put crap information out, off by extreme margins.
