I guess the idea is to have troops on every corner, but years ago I worked with one of the California National Guardsmen who was sent to the Watts riots in the 1960's. He was ill-prepared and scared shitless. I hope these guys don't have bullets.

They will have people on stand by with live ammunition but the people on the front lines will have non-lethal ammunition. You never have your front line with live ammunition, it's always people in the rear.
