I picked more tomatoes and lemons today. It got down to 35F this morning, which is much colder than forecast. When planning the final harvest, I have to keep in mind how terribly unreliable the weather forecast is. Before too long, I'll have processed 40 lbs of lemons, and I'll try to pick from the outer edges of the tree, so the lemons left will be in the center of the tree. When it's really cold I cover the tree, and the inside lemons will hopefully stay above freezing.

A neighbor with livestock sent away to Idaho for a Great Pyrenees guardian dog. The dog reminds me somewhat of Halo, as Halo is descendent of the dogs that early Basque shepherds brought to the New World.

I'm tinkering with the oven. I ordered a $20 igniter on Amazon, which is the most likely part to get it working again. Sears wanted three times that for the same part, and a service call could have cost hundreds.
