Cider House Rules

I'm fermenting a batch of apple cider, and forgot how good the yeasty smell is. I pitched the yeast about 9 hours ago, and little yeast colonies are hard at work making alcohol for me.

The creek is high, after these rains, and some unknown person is setting up in the ruins of Tim's old campsite.

The dogs have been very good lately. Halo is always good, and Pogi seems to have decided to work with me, which is gratifying.
