Those of us that use Microsoft Media Center can't get TV listings now. It seems Microsoft switched subcontractors, and Rovi, the new guide company hasn't done their homework. Only a few zip codes in the entire US seem to have programmed with guide data. I found listing data for a city that's 300 miles north, but nothing any closer. Hundreds of thousands of loyal Microsoft users are royally screwed.
Better to hold off on "upgrading" to Windows 10, while Microsoft holds existing users in such contempt.

I was able to download the listings today. Maybe the bug report I sent to Microsoft did the trick. I sorted out the shopping, religious, children's, foreign language channels, and still have 24 over-the-air free TV channels. With my hacked FireTV, I have free first-run movies, as well. All I could ever want, with no cable bills. I actually read books more than watch entertainment.
