Harvest And Skullduggery

I harvested all the remaining tomatoes (about two gallons), and another dozen squash. There will be rain and cooler temperatures, but still no freeze warnings. This afternoon, I'll also pick lemons for a batch of marmalade.

This morning, Halo found one of the homeless guys skulking in the dry canal. Halo let out one warning bark, but didn't approach the guy, who was nervous and relieved when he realized Halo was under control. This was the guy that burned up his camp a few weeks ago, and was gone, now back again. His spot has already been claimed by someone else, so I suspect he was sneaking around, planning to rip off the new guy.
