Halo Loves Routine

He's happy that I followed all the bedtime rituals, and got into bed on time. He's always sort of guarding me, and wants me properly situated. Maybe it's that he's a herding dog, and I am his herd. I probably indulge him too much, but he's a smart creature, and I've always tried to help him towards a canine sort of self-actualization.
