Gardening und Cats

 I harvested the first New Mexico pepper. I have a few dozen, and I'll wait until frost to harvest them all. I left the largest peppers alone, in hope there is time for them to ripen from green to red, and give me seeds for next year.

The fifth cat, the male, is also visiting a cat colony at the other end of the block. The people over there tell me he shows up occasionally, to eat up all the cat food.
