I couldn't find bread yeast the last time I went shopping, so I've collected wild yeast from a fallen lemon, and I'm culturing a yeast starter.

It's bubbling now, and should be ready by Sunday. If I'm lucky, it will make a sort of sourdough bread.

I did more clearing in preparation of my spring vegetable garden. The tabby cat is so sweet, and she followed me around as I worked.

We've found a morning and afternoon walk that Dinah approves of, away from traffic. A super dog trainer would probably try and overcome Dinah's new fear of traffic noise, but I'm simply helping her avoid scary situations.
