Gardening and Cats

We're in a cooler weather pattern, but things will warm up by Wednesday, and I can transplant the 11 okra starters into the main bed. My onions are doubtful this season, so I have, instead, planted bush beans. I have five pepper plants started, but one of last year's garden pepper plants has survived the winter. It has new leaves, and should be productive again.



By tonight, I'll have five doses of amoxicillin in tuxedo cat, and he's feeling better. Fifteen left to go. He loves the extra attention. I bring him in the house and pet him, and give him the medicine quickly, almost as an afterthought, then I snuggle with him some more.
