A Very Small Kitten

I was in a remote area walking the dogs, and Dinah noticed a kitten bounding towards us from a distance. It didn't seem afraid of us, and I picked it up and carried it home.

It must be six weeks old, because it's eyes are yellow. It's very small and skinny. I've fed it 3X this morning, and set it up in a box in a bedroom. I was thinking of introducing it to the yellow cat, as he seems to like kitens.

In other news, some critter has rooted in the squash patch. Perhaps a raccoon, possum or skunk. I'm not sure how much permanent damage has been done.
