Dream Update

I dreamt last night that I was in Mexico, an American refugee, heading north. The sun was very bright, so bright that colors were washed out. I was walking along a sidewalk through a modern town of white buildings. Behind me, a large semi truck turned left onto the street I was on,and it was being purposely blocked by two Alsatian dogs that were running slowly ahead of it. Everyone thought this was funny, the two dogs zigzagging in front of the huge truck. The truck horn was sounding. Ahead of me, on the sidewalk, another American refugee asked a Mexican, a complicated question in Spanish.. The question was seeking directions and information, and when he got an answer, the American turned back to me, asking me what one word meant in English. I searched my memory, and only could come up with a similar sounding word English that didn’t fit the context, so I told the other American I didn’t know what the Spanish word meant. I was confused and continued in the long line of people walking towards the north.

We are both dreaming about dogs. i think they represent a kind of human.

btw: I finally added you as a friend. Don't know what took me so long. Paranoia, at first. (Peeps I know only.) Then.... It simply didn't occur to me. Now I can read about your bird flu paranoia... and your fear of being an American. Refugee? Very, very intriguing.

It seems the dogs were protecting you from the semi. Perhaps. Sounds like you were escaping to Canada. And the semi may have been the enemy?
