robbyI am both blessed and cursed with a high pain threshold, Somehow and somewhere along the way, I've bruised my heel pretty badly. It could be from a combination of aggressive dog walking and recently stomping on tree limbs. You would think I would know how I did it. I should know better because I ruined my knees while running in my 20's and 30's.
