Know Your Meat

I like picnics, and I like ham. But I do not like picnic ham, Sam I am.

It's really not ham at all, it's a strong tasting cut of pork shoulder. I didn't know this until I bought one and baked it. I just came very close to throwing it out, but instead I carved the lean pieces off and put them in the freezer until I'm in a better frame of mind.
