robbyWe've come into a rainy period, albeit not as wet as forecast. The weather forecasts tend to be exaggerated and focused on extremes, I guess for TV ratings. Pogi wants to be indoors and follows me from room to room. I offered him some chicken giblets this morning, but he refused until I cooked them for him. He's a long way from his days scuffling around as a stray, eating garbage.
Halo likes being outside on the porch in the cool weather. He was once an outside dog, and has a thick arctic coat, and seems to be happy out during the day.
My first test of the gun I'm building was a failure. I'm using .22 bullets, and need to reposition the firing pin to hit the rim of the shell.
I managed to reinforce the roof of the kiln shed before the rain started, but next summer might be a good time to replace that roof.
I'm mixing more slip and have a clever new device to measure viscosity. You fill it with slip and time the controlled release of 250 ml.
