robbyA federal court has ruled that the ACA, as it is written only allows for federal subsidies in the 14 states that set up exchanges. The people that bought policies through healthcare.gov cannot get a portion of their premiums subsidized with federal money. Nothing will change immediately, and it is being appealed.
