We reached 105F yesterday, and will be as hot again today. Lawn is watered, both cats are fed and watered. The yellow cat seems to be enjoying his new digs, and may be warming up to me. He likes his food, and drinks more water than the calico cat. I saw him scoping out the neighbor's garbage last night. Halo had a nice walk in the cool of the morning. He met three of the nicer local dogs, but didn't seem particularly interested. He enjoyed wading in the creek, and a muskrat smacked the water nearby, to add some drama.
