The sun is out today.
Nov. 9th, 2002 01:21 pmIt feels good to have a clear sky and warm sun again. I'm also happy that I've made so much wine. I've got over 20 gallons of wine, of four varieties, each aging in five gallon glass carboys. The nectarine wine is the oldest and I just pulled a glass of it. The color is a clear orange amber, slightly sweet, and quite potent. I will bottle it soon. The sirah and merlots are younger, and still have a sulfur smell. I'm reading up on brewing beer, and may bore all of you with that, next.
