I happened by Air Force One on Friday morning. It's a Boeing 747 with a blue nose and the American flag painted on the tail. I've seen it there before, but am surprised they let me so close. I was looking for the Secret Service, but didn't see any security, except the CHP. Of course, that means nothing. No doubt, there are levels of protection that I would never notice. Bush wasn't there at the time, and they probably tighten security when he's nearby. Bush was speaking in Santa Clara at the the United Defense Corporation. I'm by that company all the time, but didn't realize the things they were loading were Bradley Fighting Vehicles.
